EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
We provide a fast and comfortable exchange and return procedure. The product must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.
Knickers and playsuits must be tried on over your own underwear. Product cannot be damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any other way. If you
choose to return, you have to fill out the return form on https://suddcompany.returnscenter.com.
Please attach a receipt or its copy to the return parcel- if not possible please include order number and return/exchange number with the parcel
to avoid problems upon us receiving your return package. The next steps of your return depend on where you are returning from.
RETURNING/EXCHANGING FROM EVERYWHERE ELSE
Worldwide returns
You can choose to return with a generated return label with DHL made by us. Consult the cost for this return. The cost includes
all fees associated with the return such as any duties/taxes. Tracking for this method will automatically be visible to us,
which aids customer service in the return process.
If you choose this method, please leave a comment regarding what day you would prefer a courier pick up to be scheduled for.
If you do not do so, the day after the returns label is issued, a courier pick up will be automatically scheduled by DHL for
the next working day. Don't worry if you miss it, you can drop off your return at any DHL pick up point local to you.

European Union Returns

If you choose this method, you will receive a DHL Parcel label, you can drop off your return at any DHL pick up point local to you.

MAY I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL?
Of course, we accept not only size exchanges of the same product, but also exchanges for different products. If you decide to exchange
for a cheaper product - you will be re-credited to your original payment method - the one you used while placing the order.
If you decide to exchange for a piece that is more expensive than the one originally bought, you will receive the link to transfer the
difference plus cost of additional shipment.
Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 45 days. If your chosen replacement size/product is not in stock, you will
automatically be refunded and notified by email.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange delivered product, counting from the day when the parcel is delivered. If you won’t be

WHO COVERS THE COST OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Sudd Company for an exchange/return are not covered or reimbursed by us.

WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN TO?
You will receive return address and all of the important instructions once your return/exchange form gets approved.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST BE PROCESSED?
Return requests are processed within 7 working days of you creating the return request. If 7 working days have passed and you have still not
received your approval, e-mail us on info@suddcompany.com.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN/EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?
Returns are processed within 14 working days of us receiving the return. If you’ve already sent a parcel to us and you want to know if we have
received it, e-mail us on info@suddcompany.com.
Exchanges are sent out within 28 days of us receiving the return. If you’ve already sent a parcel to us and you want to know if we have received
it, e-mail us on info@suddcompany.com. If your chosen replacement size/product is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified
by email.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will be re-credited to the original payment method used while placing an order, which should reflect on your bank statement within 10
working days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE EXCHANGED PRODUCTS?
We will ship the new product to you, once we will receive and process your exchange, which may take up to 28 working days. If you are exchanging
for a more expensive product, exchange won't be sent out until the difference is paid.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR THERE IS A FAULT?
If you do receive damaged or incorrect items, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact info@suddcompany.com along with photos
of the fault and a quick explanation of the problem.
